Ideas for your obstacle course
- Hula Hoops – Use these to jump from hoop to hoop, roll from one spot in the course to another, or to hula-hoop to the next activity!
- Ladder – Jump between the rungs of the ladder while it is lying on the ground
- Frisbees – These can be used as stepping-stones or markers to run or hop to
- Hose – Use to jump over or make a balancing line on the ground
- Balls – Bounce, roll, and throw your way between different points in the obstacle course
- Playground – Swing and climb your way from one side to another without touching the ground!

Get creative with your obstacle course! The sky is the limit. You can use anything you can think of to challenge your body.
